Ok I'm the grill cook at a fast food restaurant and I have to wipe the grease off the vents above my station. The vents use cold air from outside and it makes it incredibly difficult to wipe the grease off. I use a wet towel and sometimes the water freezes on top of the grease and it becomes even harder to clean the metal. I tried degreaser, and it didn't help much. Any suggestions?I didn't make myself clear apparently. I'm not talking about the vents you can take out, I'm talking about the big giant thing up in the ceiling that you can put vents into.</blockquote>
