We have a difference of opinion in our house over just how sweet sweet potato pie should be! I like to serve it for dinner, so I don’t think it should be overly sweet. But Mike says that since it uses pumpkin pie spices, it ought to be almost as sweet as that. I’ll leave it up to you! Unless you use a food processor, sweet potato pie is grainier than pumpkin.
