Onions, olives, and oregano! This quick bread is packed with flavor.Triple O BreadOlive oil1 onion, chopped2 c flour1 1/2 t baking powder1/2 t salt2 T butter, melted3/4 c milk2 eggs1/3 c olives, chopped1 T fresh oregano or 1 t driedSaute the onions in olive oil until soft. Mix the flour through salt in a large mixing bowl. Melt the butter in a glass measuring cup. Add the milk and eggs, and whisk together. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.
