Anyone who knows me knows that I love Mangrove Snapper dinners. It's my #1 in my top 5 choices of fish dinners. Now I need your help. I have had these fish every which way from Sunday and I would like to kick it up a notch. What's your fave recipe for Mangrove Snapper or any snapper for that matter? I'll be trying out each recipe this Saturday and the best one gets 10 points and a thumbs up. Thanks in advance.
