i feeling really scared at work, a guy who is in a higher position to me is always bossing me around. He is always monitoring what i'm doing even when i'm eating. I admit i've made some mistake during my time working there, but doesn't mean he needs to watch my every move. I feel very intimidated and annoyed. I want to do something but not sure the best way to go about this. I want to take a sickie coz i'm so scared.pls help me.thks
