...born and there is spirit/soul.? Now my question is in case of an illegitmate child or retarted child why God still alows to send that spirit to be born? He surely knows that it wouldnt be any good for anyone...

It somewhat questions the existense of a soul/spirit in the first place. But this is just my own confused idea..
So Whats your take?
