yeahh. We can't get the male neutered because hes a pure bree chow chow,and want him to mate with another chow chow. But can i pretend to let him mate with her, like making sure he doesn't impregnate her? Will that stop his whining. i know it's a weird question and we really don't have money to get her fixed right this second. Please answer.
