With our wedding 4 months away and both of us at the age of 30 we want to start eating healthier. We are on a budget and I'm not much of a cook if it's not easy. I don't like to spend a lot of time cooking... I want to know what we can start eating to lose weight for the wedding and start learning how to cook when we have a family in the future.
