Fiat 500c or Fiat 500?

Can anyone tell me if it a good car? Good in rain and snow? I dont live in a big city, like New York, a small town with a lot of driving. Any pros and cons?

Because it is light weight with small tires, it is not the best in snow.

In rain, it will hydroplane in puddles. It is safe if it is light rain, but not in heavy rain.

Reliability, Italian cars like the Fiat, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, etc are known for being problematic cars that are expensive to own.

The only pros: Easy to park, great on gas, fun to drive, looks great, uncommon.
