my car has cut out twice while i was driving it, te first time it restarted strait away. the second time it cut out i had to get a tow. it would tick over but not fire up. when it cut out there was no emergence lights that came up before it broken down or when try ed to restart it. the head lights still work.
i got it towed to a garage and they tested it the next day and it started the first time they tested it and nothing came up on the computer and they said every thing seams fine and all in tact.
the garage owner couldn't believe it and said he didn't want to start waisting my money by trying different options in-case it didn't work.
has anyone got any ideas
 
You either have a really old car, or a really bad car. Perhaps both. Get a mechanics help. We aren't the mechanics- they are. 'They' being 'reality.' Ever heard of it? Get out there and do something in it or your Fiat may possibly never work again.
 
its a process of elimination, try changing the fuel filter first
