Find installer Dish network Bay Shore NY?

I want to know where i can find a Dish network installer so i can install and FTA system and wire it to all the rooms. Does anyone one know if i buy service with the cheapest Dish network receiver so they do the install can i cancel in a month and do i have to give the equipment back?
