Finished downloading a Torrent...now what?

I just downloaded Wings over israel (A game) Now what do I do?
There are a shitload of .rars and .r30-.r45 and then a .SFV? and a few things in swedish about a website...

Depends on the file type. If it is not a .exe file its likely compressed using something like .zip, .rar, or even .tar.gz. Google the file extension for more info.

If the file you downloaded is .zip, or .rar, then extract it using 7zip and follow the directions in the torrent (usually a readme.txt)

If it is an .iso or .img, then mount it using Daemon Tools.

Whatever you do, make sure you keep running your torrent program to seed (upload) your game to others just like you. Sharing is caring!
