After completing my annual anniversary date with my employer, I got fired a month later. But, I did work the full previous year - so I did earn my Vacation.
Now, that I am no longer employed - apparently the Owner has decided to not pay me out for my 2 weeks of Vacation that were left along with 3 personal days..... Is, there anything I can do about this? Can he just do that although I did work the full year & earned it?
