Firefox/Safari/Internet Explorer/Google Chrome *ALL* refuse to operate on my...

...computer? A few months ago, I downloaded Firefox. It worked great, until about a month ago when I clicked the icon, nothing comes up but the arrow and an hourglass. Eventually the hourglass goes away, and the browser doesn't come up. No matter what I do.

So I gave up on firefox and decided to download Safari. Safari also worked well until a few weeks ago when it decided to start doing the same thing. But when I click the icon an error message comes up. "Safari Web Browser has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

IE will work, but pictures won't load.
Google Chrome won't download.


So I'm stuck with POS Opera.


I've tried uninstalling, and reinstalling and the same thing happens.


How can I fix this problem?
Opera is just a thorn in my side, it's almost worse than having nothing at all.
My computer is an HP Pavillion laptop if that matters.

I think you have a virus on your computer. Do you have any anti-spy ware programs installed? If not I would recomend: Spy bot Search and destroy( you can get from download.com) Also "Mal-ware bytes and malware" (also download.com) there are countless anti virus/ spyware programs out there. You might also try " Norton". If none of these work just IM me and give me the details.
