Fireworks in clubs and lounges nyc?

What type of fireworks or sparkles they use when they bring out a when you buy a bottle or get champagne at a club. Me and My boss owns a lounge and want to get those however apperently fireworks are illegal in new york and I am not sure if they are fireworks?
