Fish cannot tolerate a pH level lower than ___what?

Hello, it depends on which type of fish you are referring to. Most fish needs to be around pH 7 in pure water such as spring water (or you can purchase chemicals to put in tap water at the right water temperature) to ensure the fish's survivability. Besides pH levels, there are other factors to consider to create a survivable environment for the fish such as the dangers of ammonia, nitrate...etc. Google for more information. Hope I helped.
