I have a newly set up aquarium thats been cycling for about 2 weeks with a couple of small fish and live plants. Since yesterday there are a lot of brown patches on the leaves and the back of the tank has a coating of green algae. Should I get some sort of algae eater fish yet as it probably has not finished cycling. If so what one would be good for a uk 94 litre tank. 50 x 50 x 40 cm Thanks

Hi treadder,
I would yes you should. Second if you can afford you can buy a new aquariaum from http://www.acrylic-aquarium.net/. They sell aquarium in different sizes and the best thing is that they use Amazon.com for their e-commerce, which is safe and reliable.
I hope I have answered the question.
Thanks

Your tank doesn't have any direct sunlight going into/through it does it? If so, you could try moving it or putting background paper on it, if you haven't already.

I think you'd be ok to try getting an algae eater. Though to be on the safe side, you should call up your local pet store (even better if they specialize in fish) and get the opinion of someone there.
