fitness/nutrition plan?

so im 14 years old and a girl i am 5'6 and 112 pounds, im naturally skinny but i want to become healthier and fitter i want a fitness plan so i can keep track of everything are there any sites that would help? and im planning on starting to run im not to unhealthy so how long and how far would you recommend? how am i supposed to know when i have ran a kilometer? whats a good nutrition plan? any tips? thanks so much :)
