I'm using flash 8, and sometimes when I want to draw inside a symbol using the paintbrush, a bug int he program doesn't let me. I've seen instructions before on how to get it to let you draw but I don't remember where and Google's not being helpful.
I know that breaking the symbol apart and recreating it is supposed to help, but I already have several layers in it, and animation, I can't break it apart. Please help?
