Recently I used Xperf to find out what the hold up is when my computer is booting up (it takes freaking forever).
It never used to take this long. I estimate maybe 15-20 minutes per startup.
Anyway, I analyzed the startup and fltmgr.sys is taking incredibly long to finish starting up. How can I fix this?
