Take a vacation and see a couple of plays. You should be able to spend that amount with airfare, hotel, meals, theater tickets, etc.

If it were me, I would go to England to see Whoopi Goldberg's play "Sister Act." That should spend every penny. You can take a cruise or an all-inclusive vacation.
