I've talked to their tech support on numerous occassions, because the error messages I've received ranged from  "email server access error", to "invalid user id or password" (which I would re-enter correctly and get the same error message) or "unknown error". I even went so far as to register my mobile phone through Yahoo  - and while I was able to access my mail, the system has been uncooperative most of the time. I can access Yahoo Messenger without any problem, but I REALLY NEED my email. I don't a computer at home, and I bought this type of phone in order to get my mail. Is this a regional problem?
