Hi and Happy new year!
I like to do a cleansing a couple, few times a year.
Awhile back after donating blood for the first time,
(shame on me for not doing it sooner)
I was wondering about how my body was going to regenerate this pint of blood that is now gone? I understand that it will but in the context of out with the old and in with the new this is a pretty sweet deal all around. Hopefully someone will be able to use my "product" and I have caused my body to go into "fix-it mode.
Cleansing wise what are your thoughts?
