Ford ranger almost stalling?

I had a ranger that did that, it was the O2 sensor in my case.

Seems like car repair never stops! I have a 2001 4.0l Ford Ranger and when starting cold it almost stalls. It is so bad that if I don't give it gas when starting it the rpms drop to the point where the engine shakes pretty bad for a second. This only happens when I start it cold. After the inital starting it runs fine. I have very recently replaced all plugs and wires. Any ideas?

what about a fuel treatment or air filter most likey a dirty fuel system so buy a bottle of fuel treatment try a better fuel maybe
