looked all day? ok today was the first day i've ever retracted my fore Skin over my head or glands and it looked normal until i got to the bottom there was this really thin skin with little gaps one was red and the other one had some smegma under it . a week ago i was going to the bathroom and i saw this bulge on the top of my penis and this is before i had retracted the foreskin i was concerned so i used a cotton swab to lower the skin and it was this white thing that i popped and this white kind of stuff with a little bit of brown came out and i think it was were the red is i really concerned .

Go to the doctor! You probably have an infection of some sort. If you are too embarassed to go to the doctor... go to the store and buy some monistat or Vaginal Cream that gets rid of yeast infections. Pull back your foreskin and WASH thoroughly with anti bacterial soap. Then put the cream on it. That should help the infection. You need to wash your penis and pull back the foreskin daily to let that area breath. After showering and washing it make sure to dry it well!
