Forgot password to Samsung Mythic?

I forgot the password to my Samsung Mythic. I have found the Hard Reset codes but cannot enter them because it is stuck locked. The password screen allows 4-8 characters and cannot inclue * or #. Is there anyway of getting it to unlock, even if it resets everything. AGAIN, CANNOT USE REGULAR KEYPAD. thanks
 
I have a samsung mythic and I dont have the password to it because its my cousins old phone and she forgot the password and I wanted to reset the hole phone be cause it has all of her old stuff on there is there anyway i can reset it with out the old password
