Francisco Liriano deserves to be in the AS game.?

He has a higher WAR then Price (4.2 to 2.1), a lower FIP, A higher K% and a lower BB%. Really besides wins he's almost been better then Price. Price does have the lower ERA but if he is in the AS game then Liriano should.
