Free Wifi in Public Library - Could I get caught downloading a few torrents?

Will I get caught if I download torrents at my local public library? I wouldn't abuse it... maybe like 1 or 2 files a week. yes they would be illegal torrents and I would just leech. Are there any systems you know off to trace where I am in the library? How would they catch me if I were to do this? Muchas Gracias
