Hey,
We've been having an issue of frequent disconnections every time the phone is answered or someone makes an outbound call.
I've made sure that the filters are in place so far ive kept changing the order to see if its anything my side related the current order is (we are on sky)
Phonesocket > SkyTv > Microfilter > Telephone > Microfilter > Internet
Ive also tried
Phonesocket> Telephone > Microfilter > SkyTv > Microfilter > Internet
and finally
Phonesockect > Internet > Microfilter > Telephone > Microfilter > SkyTv
Im at wits end here, upon picking up the phone we have an annoying crackling sound this is apparent even if we use the test socket on the main phone socket. We've rang BT up they say its our fault as our line is clean, but from what i understand is the test socket is a pure line which is from outside which isnt connected to anything else. Which leads me to believe BT are just parsing the Buck.
Any ideas all?
