Front end 2007 Chevrolet TrailBlazer?

I have a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer ,and when iam on the road the front wheels feel a if they are all over the road , secondly , it doesn't matter the depth of a pot hole , or the inperfection of the road it just rattles, as if the front is coming apart , the car does't pull to the right of the left the struts are new . what could this be .
