Front wheel(s) jamming on Jeep?

Hey all,

I have a major issue with my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

I shifted it out of four wheel drive into rear two wheel drive and it wasn't noticeable at high speeds, but under 10mph, the front wheels felt as if the brakes were being applied or they were jamming.

I was wondering if anybody knows of this problem.
 
could be alot of things broken shock, tires rubbing on wheel wells, check for obstruction rubbing on the drive shaft
