A new Android 2.2 Froyo build for the Nexus One, FRF91, has begun OTA distribution. Landing on one of our own Nexus One handsets this morning, the update seems a relatively minor one and is only 2.2MB in size.
It’s been speculated that this could contain predominantly security fixes and tweaks from the previous FRF85 distribution, though so far there is no change log from Google that we can find. Anyone else out there finding FRF91 being offered for their Nexus Ones?
:3_3_21[1]:I just had a strange behavior (using FRF85B): The phones battery was low, I just ignored it and played a bit. Suddenly the phone shut off imeaditly (black screen, no shutdown or something like that). I couldn't restart it afterwards! Even connecting it via USB doesn't change anything (using Wallcharger, no orange led appeared). In the end, reinserting the battery and plug the USB in charged the battery (orange led). But booting was not yet possible, some minutes later it worked.
It seems like the software doesnt guess the battery level right... Is that the Bug in FRF85B which gets solved with FRF91?
