I was just wondering if a single orange and a glass of water have any negative impacts on a diet?
I try to eat fairly healthy, and not eat too much or too little. I was lately having the munchies so I decided to get an orange and a bottled water. What are all the negative attributes with these things? I mean very detailed dietary details too.
