There are many good fruits for diabetes patients like cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, water-melon, etc. Using these fruits would prevent high usage of insulin. There are many diabetes drugs and that really works nicely but curing something naturally gives better results as compares to drugs and medicines. These fruits are taken by many people daily but eating something knowing it's uses and benefits counts a lot.

Hello,
Fiber rich foods are generally safe for diabetics to eat because they tend to have a lower glycemic index (GI) and therefore do not spike blood sugar levels to the same extent as high GI foods. This is because fiber delays the emptying of stomach contents into the small intestine which slows down the absorption of sugar into the blood stream.
