There is a king, and he gets bored so decided to execute 4 prisoners. He places 2 o hats and 2 x hats on the prisoners and arranges them like this:

The | is a brick wall, with no reflective material on it. All of the prisoners are facing the brick wall and cannot communicate to each other. They cannot look at their own hat. They cannot turn around to look at the other prisoners hats, however the two furthest to the right can see the other people in front of them on their side of the wall. They are aware of the arrangement ( of prisoners, one being on one side of the wall, three on the other, not the arrangement of the hats) and number / types of hats in use. The king announces the only way to be set free is for one of you to identify the order in which the hats are placed on people heads. If they know the order they MUST announce it. Which one of the prisoners can announce the order without a doubt?
