GBA SP - Saving the game issue?

I have a Gameboy Advance SP that has a cartridge with multiple games on it. It also has a battery button on its board.

I also have this problem with saving games, because every time I turn off the switch, the save will disappear...

My questions:

1. What part of GBA will it saves the game?
2. What battery type does the cart has?, replaceable?
3. What specs does the GBA cart has?
