I'm into genetics a lot and I was wondering. If we were all the same started from Africa and the different geographical regions spawned many genetic mutations, such as lighter skin, different eye color and hair color, can the same evolutionary process happen again?

Lol. Yea. I've seen Wall-E. Although, the fatness doesn't seem to be taking it's toll on me. It would suck if that was a dominant gene.
