get ripped and cut/gaining muscle/ using protein shakes, diets, muscle milk. need

nutrition and diet info also? My goal is more of a swimmer build, lean muscle, nice abs, you know the hot look and not beefy body builder, albeit I have no hate for them.

now my current workout schedule is 5 days a week: from 1:40-2:30 high school swim team practice
from 2:30-3:15 weight room/ running bleachers in a football stadium
from 3:15-5:00 high school swim team practice

now I am 16
5’8-5’10ish
120lbs
skinny, but I do have a little gut (my belly sticks out cus of fat, but not too much)
lacking in obviously muscle
oh and im a vegetarian


Now I need help in creating a diet to follow and I have many boxes of cytosport muscle milk.

I need a meal plan( like what too eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner for Monday-Friday and when to drink the muscle milk?)
