I am really tempted to buy the G2. REALLY. The G2 is such a good phone. But recently, I checked to see if there would be a Nexus One successor, and there was. OFFICIALLY, there will be a Google Nexus Two. From what I heard so far, this phone is totally awesome. I'm not so sure the G2 will be able to knock it out because one-It is a Nexus One successor, and the N1 was incredible, and two-Samsung integrates really awesome hardware into their phones, like the Hummingbird processor. It's just the design of them that I hate about Samsung.
T-Mobile G2 isn't really 4G, it's 3G Pro, and not to say it's bad, but T-Mobile might actually come out with TRUE 4G. When that happens, the G2 won't be the champion. So, should I wait for TRUE 4G, or should I get the G2 now?
In simple words, I'm asking: Should I get the T-Mobile G2, wait for the Google Nexus Two, wait longer periods for a SUPER cool phone, or get another T-Mobile device now?
Oh, and by the way, I am not going to get the following phones, EVER
-Samsung Vibrant. It's more expensive than the G2, it's plastic, and has horrible call quality. No HSPA+ on this phone, either.
-myTouch HD. Doesn't feel comfortable in my hand. The screen looks terrible to me, and the UI isn't necessary. Call quality not as good as the G2.
Sorry for giving so much details, but here is proof that the Nexus Two is real:
