Get toned for a tropical vacation?

So my greatest problem is my bum, it just looks fat and lumpy. I also want to get rid of my muffin top and gain back my abs, they kinda went away this summer. I am 15 and 124lbs. 5'1" I could be skinnier but I cant really do too much cardio because I have asthma. I was thinking 30min on a eliptical and 100 situps each day?
