I have used tanning beds quite a bit in the past and I don't really burn too easy with them and I love how doing that actually protects me more when i'm out in the sun. But, I've always done it pretty gradually. I tried to start in the spring, but ended up getting sick and had to be on an antibiotic that made me sensitive to UV rays so I stopped. We leave for vacation on Friday and I have gone tanning the past 2 days, trying to get a base tan before we leave.. not trying to get super dark or anything. I haven't burnt at all.. and I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to go again tonight and the next couple of days.. so it would be 5 days in a row. Or I might skip tonight and do it Wed and Thurs.. so 2 days in a row with a day in the middle off then 2 days in a row again.
When I usually tan I only go once or twice a week, and even then I don't do it all the time. And I most definitely would never make a habit of doing it several days in a row.. Like I said, I usually only go once or twice a week, with like 3 to 4 days in between each session. And in the fall and winter I don't tan at all in a tanning bed. I don't care about being super dark, just a little color... and I rarely burn.
So, I just wondered if this would be ok for just this one time to do it in a row like that? I only stopped the gradual thing because of being on meds.
Any help would be awesome!!
oh and I'm doing less time with milder bulbs.. than usual since I'm doing it in several days in a row..
