ok, at our public library the computers are blocked to all things like facebook, myspace, ect. and when I try to go to the command prompt, not only is it not there but all the start menu does it go to the menu to shut down/restart/ect. and I can't access wordpad to save the batch file to open up the command prompt that way. is there any other way to get around an internet blocker?
