my gym teacher (the girls lacrosse coach) told me and a few others that we should try out for lacrosse in the spring. i am planning on it but i know that you need to be fit and fast which could be a problem for me because i have very little endurance (my mile time was 9:49).
so i need a sort of workout routine to improve that, any suggestions?
notes:
-i'm a freshman
-i dont have a stick yet
-i can jog for a half mile at least before having to stop
-'m reletively fit
-i am fast but i cant hold my top speed for very long
