Ok. I met this girl about 3 and half weeks ago. She just moved to the city and I'm probably the first guy to ask her out. We went on 1 date last week and it went great, we both agreed to see each other again.
A couple days later I called to schedule the second date for the weekend. She accepted and said it sounded amazing. Date night rolls around and she has to reschedule do to work. We set something up for the following night. Long story short, she bailed on the rescheduled date too.
The next day she text me apologizing and said she had a lot going on (she did just move here) and said she'd make it up to me next week. Yesterday was a week so I text to ask how she was. We started going back and forth then half way through the convo, she bailed!
I text her today basically saying, take it or leave it (not in those exact words) and said if she wasn't interested that totally cool, but she had to let me know.
She responded apologizing (again) and said she'd still "love" to go out with me. At that point I told her that sounded great, and that she should text me when things die down for her.
Wtf is this chicks deal. She says she wants one thing but acts completely differently. I'm now waiting for her to text me. Is that all I can do? Is this normal? Is this chick playing games?
