I've been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin for some sports related joint pain. It's double strength and the instructions are to take 3 pills per day. Since I've started taking them I've been taking one in the morning, one in the middle of the day, and one about dinner time, but I've found, because they're spread out like that and I'm not accustomed to taking pills (except for a multivitamin in the morning) that I forget often. Can I take all 3 of these supplements at one time in the morning with my vitamin? Please provide a trustworthy link with your answer for confirmation.
