Ok now this may be a noob question but on the front of the package it says it has the power of 5g of creatine in 2 tablets but on the supplement facts it says "Serving Size: Two Tablets; Amount of PEG-Creatine System (Creatine Hydrochloride) is 1250mg per serving".

Now it says I get 5g of creatine but the facts say that I'm only getting 1250mg which is 1.25g with the 2 tablet serving size. By the way that is per 2 tablets not 1250mg per tablet, which wouldnt make sense anyway. Something doesn't add up.

Could it be because it has the "power" of 5g or is there something I am missing? please help.
Would this be a better product?

pretty much what theyre saying is that their form of creatine is as strong 5 grams. So you would only have to take 1250 to get the same results as 5. Also when you take regular creatine your body only abosrbs 40-60 percent. The rest you pee out or gets filtered by your liver and kidneys and then there is stomach acid >_< hope that answers your ? And no...creatine isnt bad as long as you stay hydrated

What the previous poster said - 1250 mg of the Creatine Hydrochloride is equivalent to 5000mg of creatine monohydrate
