Right now I'm 20 yr old male, 5'6 and weigh 135 lbs. I'm skinny, but not super skinny. Like I can see my top 4 abs but the bottom 4 are hiding under a thin layer of fat. Mainly I want to get bigger muscles and get stronger, but I don't want a gut. Should I take the Amplified Mass XXX, or should I just take whey protein after my workouts? When I workout I do about 45 minutes of cardio then about 45 minutes of weights. Should I do this, then take the powder?
