I'm a lightweight trying to put on more mass, particularly lean muscle. I work out pretty intensely about 3-4 times a week and have a healthy but large diet. I'm in 22 and a senior in college, so I walk about 1-2 miles a day just form my apartment to campus, building to building, etc.
I've currently been using GNC Pro Performance Amplitude Mass, which seems to have increase my endurance and strength a lot already... but I have yet to see any real visual indications that I've put on any lean mass. I've been about 150lbs for a little over a month now, despite the workout routine and tons of eating, so I'm considering switching proteins.
Been researching Optimum Nutrition's Serious Mass product, looks pretty good. Any opinions between the two? GNC Amplitude Mass, or Optimum Nutrition's Serious Mass?
