Buuut, the instructions on this box absolutely sucks. Through some quick research, i know when i should take it, and that i should take it with food....that's pretty much it. Do i take all the pills at once? I take it about an hour before my workout, right?When will i see results?If you can't answer all these questions, that's fine.
