I bought this product a long time ago. Probably like 2 yrs ago. I want to use them now that i'll have time to work out, but i don't know if they expired or still work. What do you think?
You should throw those away, those things expire after 9 months, plus the new vitamins that are out have more stuff in them and also come in a smaller pill.
Try working out the natural way instead of using artificial products. Get a personal trainer at your local gym, and he/she will teach you how to build more muscle healthier than using regimens. It is a lot better on your liver, too.
you should be fine if the package has been unopened but if it has been opened just make sure theres no mold or if theres moisture in the container. or throw it out if you dont trust it its only about 14.99 at gnc.
